[gmx-developers] Four programs missed when compiled with cmake

  Hi,

g_rmsdist and g_rotmat were indeed missing from the CMake build system. 
I fixed that. Thanks for reporting!

On my system g_xrama and ngmx are properly built and installed, can you 
check that during the configure stage your X11 libraries are found? 
(have a look at CMakeCache.txt)
