<div dir="ltr">Dear All,<br>I have another suggestion / request:<br>Currently, "trjconv" does not include chain data to the output PDB.<br>I think it might be nicer, particularly for visualization, if trjconv would include also chain data (mainly the "TER" keyword). It could make movies in VMD or PYMOL nicer.<br>
