<p dir="ltr">It appears broken. The CMake code is in gmxlib/CMakeLists.txt, but doesn't work since vmdio.c has been moved to fileio/.</p>

in other words the routine vmddlclose is undefined as the external/vmd_molfile is not compiled in.<br>

I don't see any directives about external in the CMakeLists.txt file.<br>

This is a problem as some linkers want to resolve everything at compile time (Fedora 20 gcc (GCC) 4.8.2 20131212 (Red Hat 4.8.2-7)).<br>
