<div dir="ltr">Hi,<div><br></div><div>In the source code, GMX_MPI refers to any kind of MPI (see src/config.h.cmakein). Unfortunately the CMake option of the same name refers only to MPI provided by some external library (ie. not the GROMACS thread-MPI).
