I assume you need all code in OpenCl. We currently only have the
non-bonded pair interactions and the particle-mesh Ewald
electrostatics in OpenCL, the rest runs on the CPU.<br>

<div dir="ltr">I've been playing around with FPGA's recently and
was curious if you could enlighten me to what portions of the
code are for OpenCL. So far I have located
the calc_verletbuf.h portion. I was hoping to design an
FPGA that would work with FAH. If you have a list of what they
use of your code for settings, so I can try to strip out
unneeded systems to get the package size smaller, that would
be great too. If you have a list of the OpenCL files needed
for GPU's I suppose that would be what I am looking for at the
bare minimum. Any enlightenment on the subject would be
amazing. </div>
