I would recommend that you get your hands on the latest version of
VMD.&nbsp; It now has the ability to add the repeating cell units in the
+ve and -ve axis directions.&nbsp; It can come in very handy for
visualisation, particularly when there are aggregates involved or units
that may be close to the boundary.<br><br>
