<P>I downloaded the Gromacs version you suggested me, but when I run command "rpm -qpl gromacs-3.3-1x86_64.rpm seems that command want install again gromacs in /usr instead that in /usr/local. </P>
<P>Do you think that --prefix option of rpm is a good way to proceed?</P>
