I use ffamber94/99 force field in double precision gromacs3.2.1/3.3 to simulate the dickerson DNA.<BR>

I use cg, there is the ERROR: can not do Conjugate Gradients with constraints (8709)<BR>

so I tried before the genbox_d (only DNA in a box),it is ok.<BR>

Why?<BR>
