<html><div style='background-color:'><DIV class=RTE>Dear all,</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>I wold like to carry out a simulation forcing one&nbsp;side chain&nbsp;to move in and out of the protein packing. So I thought to use an harmonic umbrella potential acting on the the dihedral angle formed by a)the center of mass of this side chain, b)his alpha carbon, c) the alpha carbon of the next residue and d)the centre of mass of the side chain of the next residue.&nbsp;However, reading the manual for the GROMACS version 3.2 I learned that this is impossible at least with&nbsp;the current software implementation. Hence I would like to know&nbsp;it would be possible to carry out this kind of work using GROMACS 3.3.</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>Thanks in advance,</DIV>
