I am installing GMX on a 2xdual core opteron processor system running on linux 10.0<BR>
<BR>
I install lam by disabling the fortran as<BR>
./configure -without-fc<BR>
make <BR>
make install<BR>
I configure fftw <BR>
./configure --enable-floats --enable-mpi<BR>
make <BR>
make install<BR>
distclean<BR>
./configure --enable-mpi<BR>
make<BR>
make install<BR>
<BR>
but during the installation of binutils2.16.1 I get the following output message. I am not sure whether to go forward or not with the gromacs installation. <BR>
