<div>yes, they are sufficient. if I remember well, the flag -pbc does the opposite job, it&nbsp;removes periodic boundary conditions. anyway, remember to&nbsp;include in&nbsp;your mdp file&nbsp;the parameters for the&nbsp;treatment of&nbsp;periodic bonudary conditions!
