I am trying to process xtc files from an MD simulation to produce an RMSD trace. However I am confronted with the following message:<BR>

fatal error: file filename.xtc not found.<BR>

<BR>

These files are present and some have been processed before in the same way without this problem.<BR>

<BR>

The amount of used memory has increased since this time, could this be a factor?<BR>
