"pretty much" the same as another user configuring a<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br>3rd-party modification of GROMACS could mean anything, even if the<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br>people you're trying to get free help from can be bothered making sense<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><br>of that thread you quoted.
