I use the trjconv -split 1.0 to split my long xtc file to seperate pdb files to analysis with the Curves .<BR>

<BR>

But I cannot split files more than 1020. why? The gromacs version is 3.3.1 and only float precision. I have no ideas!<BR>

Pleas give me some advise!!<BR>
