Hi everybody,<BR>
I am trying to install FFTW and gromacs 3.3.2 into my Mac 10.4.1. <BR>
I got the source code " fftw-3.0.1.tar.gz." from GROMACS homepage . However, when I tried to <BR>
configure FFTW, I found the message <BR>
"dummy main to link with Fortran 77 libraries... unknown"<BR>
configure: WARNING: *** Couldn't figure out how to link C and Fortran; switching to --disable-<BR>
fortran.<BR>
<BR>
I can't figure out how to fix this problem.<BR>
Any suggestion will be highly helpful.<BR>
