<p class=MsoNormal>I realized that I am missing (Lib and bin folders) analysis
tools and mdrun MPI. I re-installed the GROMACS 4.0.3, and I found that when I
get to ‘make install-mdrun’ the following messages show up ( I am
just copying last lines):<o:p></o:p></p>
