Dear all,<br>I've just installed the latest version of gromacs on fedora 14. The command g_luck seems to work. But when I start the first tutorial I found in the getting started, this is the output when I type (in cd tutor/gmxdemo) ./demo and press return a few times:<br>

<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">pdb2gmx finished</span><br><br><font color="#000000">no pop up window opens and it seems it doesn't found the command, and this appears for every next steps i run pressing return again and again. <br>
I've set the PATH correctly in my .bashrc.<br>Could you help me?<br></font><br>
