Dear All<br><br>There is a question about applied forces in MD equations of motion.<br><br>Where do we insert Gravity in our equation?<br>In the other words :<br>Had we ignored gravity force in our equations?<br>Why?<br>Actually I read manual but I weren't answered.<br>
