I am using GROMACS 4.5.5. I made the pdb file of DNA and changed its residue files according to the given dna.rtp.<br>
But still am getting an error <span style="color:rgb(255,0,0)">'OH' residue topology</span> file missing where as the
<span style="color:rgb(255,0,0)">'OH' </span>is present in the atomtype as well as the residue topology file.<br>

Whats the reason?<br>
