Hi gmx-users,<br><br>I don't know why, but my mdrun suddenly started to use the 4.0.7 version while I have installed only the 4.5.4 version.<br><br>I have reinstalled gromacs 4.5.4 but when I run mdrun it still want to use the 4.0.7 version and can not read the tpr file.<br><br>Thanks in advance for your help.<br><br>Nicolas Prudhomme Ph.D.<br> </div></body>
