You'll need to consult the grace installation guide. Note the advice
here <a href="http://www.gromacs.org/Documentation/How-tos/Graphing_Data" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://www.gromacs.org/Documentation/How-tos/Graphing_Data</a>.
I recommend learning to use gnuplot (which is available already as a
Cygwin package) - it is less convenient to use than grace for "show
me the damn graph already", but ultimately leads to better outcomes.<br>
