</div>Yes it will. I would like to point out that the "needed" part is not<br>
exactly true, binaries compiled with pre-4.2 can run equally fast on<br>
Kepler especially if JIT compilation of PTX code is enabled.<br>

Moreover, current 4.2 pre-release compiler produces slower code than<br>
CUDA 4.0 not only for Fermi but also for Kepler. We'll have to see<br>
brins the final CUDA 4.2 release + official drivers.<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Szilard, had you already a chance to test the 4.2 final release and can recommend which version to use? </div><div>Is the difference in performance significant?</div>
