It seems there is syntax error in bondfree.c, but I did not find any error there.<br>

This kind of thing should never occur on a clean tarball of any version of GROMACS, and some of those line numbers don't even exist in 4.5.4. I suggest you get the latest version (4.5.5) and try again. We'll need to know details of how you configured, and the first error or warning message you see during make.<span class="HOEnZb"><font color="#888888"><br>
