[gmx-users] .pdb model for a nanotube

There are many methods to produce coordinates for a nanotube, such TubeGen or
Brenner's MakeTube. You can then convert these coordinates to pdb format.
Also you can find FF parameters for carbon nanotube from literature, e.g. 
Walther, J. H.et al. J. Phys. Chem. B 105, 9980 (2001).
