[gmx-users] strategy of clustering 10nodes ?

I would agree with Erik to let the batch system take care of node allocation. I
can say that the OSCAR (oscar.sourceforge.net) clustering software for managing
jobs works;  I got it to work on an AMD cluster I have built recently.

There is one caution, though.  The version of LAM/MPI provided by OSCAR is
different than the default one that comes with gromacs, so you would have to
recompile gromacs.
