[gmx-users] help with mpirun and system exploding during heating

These aren't mpi problems, they are problems with your system.  This type of
question is all over the mailing list, so do have a thorough look through the
archives to search for solutions.  Also, read here for a bit of background:

If you need further help fixing the problem, please provide a description of
your system, what you have done so far, and your .mdp file.
