My name is Antistio Alviz, I am a student of PhD in Biomedicine

I need to modified a protein (Ankirin R, code PDB:3KBT ) with 4HNE
(4-Hidroxy-2-Nonenal) and run a dynamic in Gromacs.

But I want to knoww, as paramerize the force field.
