Andrew Newton and others have studied malignant mixes of land uses that combine to foster crime.

There are also some malignant mixes of time, e.g., a drinking holiday that also follows on the weekend this year.  See attached. Perhaps there are some malignant mixes of time and land use, with extra crime concentrations observed.
