[gmx-users] problem in loading xtc in VMD

For VMD you first load a GRO (or pdb) file, and then XTC.
The XTC file should contain _exactly_ the same number of atoms as the GRO
file. Did you save the entire system in the XTC, or just a specific part of
it?
